1994-95 Glenn Anderson Blues Game Worn Jersey
Lot #176

This road blue air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Glenn Anderson during the 1994-95 NHL season. Anderson was a key cog in the Edmonton Oilers dynasty, helping the Oilers to 5 Stanley Cups over a 7-year period. In his career, Glenn registered 498 goals and 1099 points in regular season play. He was 4-times an NHL All Star and also represented the NHL in Rendezvous ’87 against the Russians. In addition, he played a key role for Team Canada in two different Canada Cups as well as the 1980 Olympics. Perhaps his most impressive statistical attributes are his career playoff totals, which rank him among the all-time elite. He has scored 93 goals which is good for 5th on the all-time list, 121 assists good for 7th all-time and his 214 points place him as the 4th highest playoff scorer in the history of the game. To go along with his playoff scoring prowess was also quite a bit of feistiness as evidenced by his 442 career playoff penalty minutes. In addition to his time with the Oilers, Anderson played for the Leafs, Rangers, where he captured the 1994 Stanley Cup, and the Blues. The question is not if, but when, Anderson will gain entry to the Hockey Hall of Fame

Affixed to the inner hem is the St. Louis Blues official hologram, set and year stamp. The game wear consists of stick marks, numerous board burns, un-repaired burn holes, washed out bloodstains and fine inner pilling.
