This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Daren Turcotte during the 1994-95 NHL season. Turcotte broke into the NHL in 1988-89 with the New York Rangers. He would remain on Broadway for six seasons before joining the Whalers during the 1993-94 season. Darren would also represent Winnipeg, San Jose, St. Louis and Nashville before retiring during the 1999-00 season thanks to a serious knee injury. Turcotte twice netted 30 goals with New York and earned himself a spot on the 1991 NHL All Star team.
The game wear on this sweater is solid with numerous stick and slash marks which litter the body and sleeves of this gamer. Also worthy of mention are numerous board burns and fine pilling that further enhance this well-worn defunct offering.
