This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Terry Yake during the 1993-94 NHL season. Yake enjoyed a 10-year NHL career which began with Hartford in 1988. After 5 years with the Whalers he moved onto Anaheim, Toronto, St. Louis and Washington.
Sewn to the left shoulder of this gamer is the “FGW” patch, encapsulated in Mickey Mouse ears design. Worn during the inaugural season of the Mighty Ducks franchise, this sweater has the official Anaheim Mighty Ducks game worn jersey tagging sewn inside just above the hem. This tagging indicates that this jersey was worn in the “Inaugural Season”. Game use consists of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, heavy inner pilling and a handful of team-sewn repairs. This jersey will be accompanied by a Ducks team letter.
