This road red knit gamer by CCM was worn by Brian Bellows during the 1993-94 NHL season. Bellows retired with impressive career totals. He tabbed 485 goals and over 1000 points during his illustrious career. Brian was the Minnesota North Stars 1st pick, 2nd overall, in the 1982 NHL entry draft. Bellows was a 3-time NHL All Star, is a member of the 50-goal club and 4 times scored 40 or more goals in a season. A trade in the summer of 1992 brought Brian to Montreal, and it was in large part to his stellar play and 40-goals that the Canadiens captured the 1993 Stanley Cup in his first season with the club.
The game wear on this regal red Les Habitants sweater is solid consisting of stick marks, loads of board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, washed out bloodstains and heavy inner pilling. A fine vintage offering, worn by this 50-goal scorer and former NHL All Star.
