After spending a few seasons skating for the Central Red Army, Brylin began his NHL career in 1994-95 with the New Jersey Devils. During his rookie season, Brylin and the Devils would go on to capture the first Stanley Cup in franchise history. Brylin spent his entire 13-year NHL career as a member of the Devils and was a 3-time Stanley Cup winner. Since leaving the NHL, Brylin has returned to his native Russia where he has played for the past 4 seasons in the KHL.
