This home white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Bob Sweeney during the 1991-92 NHL season. Sweeney, a native of Boxboro, MA graduated from Boston College in 1986. The Boston Bruins selected Sweeney in the 6th round of the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. He began his NHL career in 1986-87 with the Bruins and played for them for the next 6 seasons. During that time, he made two trips to the Stanley Cup Finals. After leaving the Bruins, Sweeney played another 4 seasons in the NHL, spending three of them with the Buffalo Sabres and a final year with the Islanders and Flames.

The game wear on this size 54 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, washed out bloodstains, heavy inner pilling and in excess of 30 team-sewn repairs, many of which are material backed!
