This road blue knit gamer by CCM was worn by Luke Richardson during the 1987-88 NHL season, his rookie year in the league. Richardson broke into the NHL with the Maple Leafs in 1987-88 wearing this very shirt and would spend 4 seasons with the club. After another 6 years in Edmonton, he moved to Philadelphia for 5 seasons, Columbus for 3 and then had brief stints with Toronto, Tampa and Ottawa. All told he played in 21 NHL seasons which encompassed better than 1400 games played and more than 2000 PIMS.
The game wear on this rookie sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, inner pilling, washed out bloodstains and team-sewn repairwork.
