This road red heavy mesh gamer by CCM was worn by Brad Park during the 1984-85 NHL season. Park was looked upon as one of hockey’s biggest stars in the 1970’s and early 1980’s. He patrolled the blue line for the New York Rangers, Boston Bruins and finally the Detroit Red Wings before hanging the skates up following a 17-year career that saw him partake in 9 NHL All Star games. Brad was voted a 1st or 2nd team NHL All Star 7 times!
Numerous times the runner up for the prestigious Norris Trophy, Park had the misfortune of having played in the era of Bobby Orr and Denis Potvin. He was the proud recipient of the 1984 Bill Masterton trophy for the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. In his 17-year career, Brad has the distinction of having his team make the post season in every one of years. He is a most deserving member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.
