This road red knit gamer by Maska was worn by Mark Hunter during the 1982-83 NHL season, his 2nd in the league. Hunter, a former NHL All Star is the brother of Dale and Dave. The family feistiness wasn’t lost on Mark, who accumulated better than 1426 PIMS in 628 games played. During the mid 1980’s Mark strung together some impressive offensive seasons including a 44-goal campaign in 1985-86. Mark won his one and only Stanley Cup with the Calgary Flames in 1989.

The game wear on this Maska knit is solid consisting of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer including several recognizable globs from the Boston Garden, inner pilling and approximately a dozen and a half team-sewn repairs. This is a fine vintage representation, worn nearly a quarter century ago by this former All Star winger.
