This road purple and gold mesh and knit combo by Goodman & Sons was worn by Greg Terrion during the 1981-82 NHL season. The Los Angeles Kings selected Terrion in the 2nd round of the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Terrion spent the first two years of his career in LA, spanning 1980-82. In 1982-83 he began a 6-year stint with the Toronto Maple Leafs, which took him to the end of his playing days in the late 1980’s.
Sewn into the collar of this vintage purple and gold is the Goodman & Sons tag. The game wear on this size L sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, heavy inner pilling and a couple of sizable team-sewn repairs. A nice old-school purple and gold gamer!
