This home white double-knit gamer was worn by David Faulkner during the 1978-79 AHL season while with the Maine Mariners. Maine was the Philadelphia Flyers minor league affiliate during the era, evident by the Flyers team colors. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of this vintage gamer is the player number 16, which makes one do a double take when viewing it, as it is could easily be misinterpreted for a Bobby Clarke.
The game wear is solid consisting of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, bloodstains and fine inner pilling. This will make for a sweet acquisition for either a Philadelphia Flyers fan or a minor league enthusiast.
