Price spent 3 seasons on the Baltimore Clippers blueline during the franchises first 3 years of existence, spanning 1962-65. During that time he played alongside other notable Baltimore Clippers such as Jean Ratelle, Jacques Plante, Vic Hadfield, Gilles Villemure, Bob Plager and Bryan Hextall among others. Noel finished 7th in team scoring during that historic first season with 36 points in 68 games and 103 PIMS to go with.
